At Essential Sole, we aim to provide a seamless and secure shipping process for your luxury fashion aftercare needs. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Shipping Method

We book collections through Royal Mail from your home address for your convenience. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be sent via Royal Mail’s 24-hour Tracked and Signed service. This service includes a maximum insurance cover of £150 for loss, damage, or theft.

2. Upgraded Shipping Options

If you would like to upgrade to a shipping service with higher insurance coverage, please inform our sales team when finalising your order. This will ensure your items are fully insured beyond the default £150 limit.

3. Responsibility and Liability

Once your package is handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. We are not liable for the loss or damage of any items while in transit. In the rare event of a package being lost, damaged, or stolen, a claim must be made directly with the courier.

4. Claims Assistance

We will assist you in initiating a claim with the courier, but a valid proof of purchase receipt for the items within the package is required to successfully redeem compensation. Please note, compensation is subject to the maximum cover of the selected shipping service.

5. Return Shipping

For returns, the same default 24-hour Tracked and Signed service will be used unless an upgraded service is requested.
